Notable Package Updates:
- Some Kernels got updated
- we have now more or less a full feature complete support of the ASUS ROG ALLY
- KDE Gear got updated to 23.08.4
- Pamac 11.7.0 got now fully ported to libadwaita 1.4
- it is now fully adaptive and works with phosh
- Gnome 45 is now supported
- Usual KDE-git, Haskell and Python updates
